Cancellation and Refunds


*After the written confirmation from the customer, once the booking is made by our company, it cannot be canceled, regardless of the customer's reason.

*The customer has a 15-day window after the package/courier is delivered to request a refund or cancellation. This should be communicated to us through email or customer care.

*We will process the refund only when the customer returns the package to us, and our company collects it.

*The refund will either be credited back to the source or the customer can provide their bank details for the refund process if it's a canceled check.

*Once all processes are complete, the refund will be processed within 8 to 10 working days.
