The membership for the holiday package provided by our company will be valid for one year. Within that year, whenever a customer wishes to use the package, they must inform our company via email or through our customer care at least 21 days in advance. The communication should include three location to ensure we can provide excellent services and a splendid experience. Our company does not facilitate any type of bookings such as bus, train, or flight tickets. Customers are responsible for their belongings and health; the company bears no responsibility in these matters. Once the booking is confirmed after customer confirmation, it cannot be cancelled. If a customer cancels for any reason, they won't be able to make further bookings.
